We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or personalised orders. In the case of an error made by us we will work with you to get it rectified as quickly as possible. Please notify us by either email or our social media.

After your order is made we cannot accept any changes or requests to refund/ cancel your order.

Breakages

Although we package our items with care, we rely on the courier to handle them carefully during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us right away.

Please note, we are not liable for any damages that occur after you have unpacked your item(s).
