Delicate Items - Our products are made from premium materials, some of which may be delicate and have small components. When handling and hanging our products, please exercise caution and store them away from children. Additionally, exercise care when handling our delicate cake toppers.

Payment - We require full payment before commencing the design and production process. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy - If there is an issue with your custom-made product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do everything in our power to assist you and provide a replacement if needed. Please note that refunds are not available for our custom-made products due to the nature of our business.

Pickups - Pick ups can be made at our collection basket located at our front door. You will be notified via email or text message when your order is ready for collection.
